The free trial runs for a full 30 days. We are so excited for you to be absolutely blown away by the empathetic, educational and conversational appointment booking skills of AI MOVE Bot. The 30 Day Trial begins once we turn your Bot on. Please note, that there will be a clear Start Date to your AI MOVE Bot trial. Your Client Success Manager will coordinate the start date with you via email after your Bot Build is complete. Please allow up to 7 business days after completing the form for the trial to begin.

The MOVE Bot will only say what we program it to say. If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the responses, we can either adjust the prompts / objectives, or reduce the creativity level. We have implemented safeguards and measures to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of conversations are being had. The Bot will attempt to schedule with the prospect and if the Bot is unsuccessful, the contact will be tagged ai booking error. MOVE will send you a notification and a task to follow up with the specific contact to manually schedule them. At this point, the prospect is removed from AI communication and human intervention is needed. This booking error will only occur if the prospect is unable to find an agreeable time with the AI MOVE Bot.

If aggression is detected, the AI will shut off and the tags ai off and ai aggression detected will be added to the contact.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the Beyond Marketing team to set up your AI MOVE Bot. Once complete, we will send you an overview loom and an AI ON date, typically 2 or 3 business days out. Once the AI ON date arrives, your month long trial will begin.

We do not recommend it. Think of using this AI MOVE Bot as a way to supercharge and add leverage and efficiency to your business. There are some scenarios where human intervention will still be needed such as aggression detected and booking errors (schedule unavailability). In addition, you can now reposition your Patient Care Coordinator to being more focused on patients in the office, rather than being present and responsive in MOVE 24/7. Now AI MOVE Bot does that for you!

With AI MOVE Bot, we have added some tags to designate the AI's interaction with your contacts. The tag ai responded will be added to the contact

when Al has successfully responded. The tag ai booking error will be added to the contact when no appointment slots are found. A task called Manually Follow up to Book will also be created. When the AI detects aggression, the AI will shut off and the tags ai off and ai aggression detected will be added to the contact. The tag ai objectives complete will be added to the contact when Al has completed your final objective. In this case, this is scheduling an appointment.

Once AI MOVE Bot successfully schedules an appointment, the Bot will no longer communicate with the prospect, and the AI will be shut off. If you desire to have additional communication with the prospect, that will require human intervention.
